I (the Artist) am charging for a digital art commission service

The final product will include a watermarked and non-watermarked image file sent via Email for download

I reserve the right to use commissioned work as samples in my portfolio

You (the Client) may use commissioned art for personal use only (EX: social media, poster in your room, etc)

Character commissions will generally take 2-14 days depending on complexity. I will send updates during each stage of drawing and will notify you if it takes longer (IE: Background illustration)

You will be given a total of TWO revisions, which can be made at the sketch, line, or colouring stages

I reserve the right to decline or terminate a commission for any reason without explanation

My work cannot be used for NFTs, AI training, or related art scams

You will be asked for details about your request and email address for invoicing and receiving the final image file(s).

Payment in CAD/USD, through PayPal invoice. I do not accept or request payments through any other means.

Once I accept your request, I will send a rough sketch and price estimate for review. Full payment is required before I start line art, or 50/50 if the total is over $100. The final product will be sent after full payment has been received.

I do NOT offer refunds once payment has been made. In the rare event that I cannot finish your commission due to personal circumstances, you may receive a refund proportionate to the work completed OR a full refund if I have not started.
